01 / 13
Both ways
Room status moves from Vabumi to your PMS, and from your PMS to Vabumi.
02 / 13
What Vabumi reads
Each room's status, whether a guest is in, and when the next guest leaves and arrives.
03 / 13
What Vabumi sends
Clean, inspected, out of service, out of order, and back in service.
04 / 13
At the next exchange
The two exchange every few minutes. Each side picks up the other's changes at the next exchange.
05 / 13
On your open screens
A change that comes from your PMS shows on the front desk's list, on Home and on the rack within seconds of arriving.
06 / 13
Out of order, with its reason
A room taken out in Vabumi goes to your PMS with its reason and its end date. A room taken out in your PMS shows in Vabumi the same way.
07 / 13
It stays out
Vabumi does not put a room back by itself when the date passes. It stays out until someone returns it, in Vabumi or in your PMS.
08 / 13
Ready is your rule
You decide when a room counts as ready: as soon as it is clean, or once it is inspected. Your PMS is told clean and inspected either way.
09 / 13
A checkout during the day
Switch it on, and a checkout your PMS reports during the day is added to the plan.
10 / 13
If your PMS does not answer
The plan is held as a draft for a manager to check and publish.
11 / 13
The desk reads
Check-in and the booking stay in your PMS. In Vabumi the front desk reads which rooms are ready.
12 / 13
Every room matched
Each room in your PMS is matched to its room in your model, once, when we connect the two.
13 / 13
No PMS link
A manager ticks the rooms leaving today or tomorrow, and Vabumi plans their turnovers.
