This is the Vabumi Hotel, our own: 40 rooms on five storeys, a spa and a roof bar. We built it to show Vabumi on. Below is one Friday there.

We build your hotel as one model, from the roof bar down to one hot-water cylinder in the basement.
Every task, check and room status sits on the place it belongs to.
Housekeeping · The plan
From checkout to ready, and the front desk knows.
Room 215 is accessible, with a roll-in shower. Its guest leaves at 10:00, the next arrives at 15:00, and no other room will do. On the room attendant's list, rooms with an arrival come first.
Maintenance · It breaks
Found by one team. Fixed by the right one.
At 09:40 the sauna is cold, and the spa opens at ten. At 09:58 Maintenance closes the task.
Routines & compliance · The routine
Done, and provable.
Cold storage temperatures, twice a day: 07:00 and 15:00. Five places on three storeys, from the basement to the roof. Set it once, and each run is there when it is due.
