Terms of Service

Vabumi provides software for managing hotel and facility maintenance, tasks, routines, and related operations. We may update, improve, or change features of the Service over time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use by people aged 18 or over.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other tenants’ data;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law or your plan.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and any consents needed to submit Customer Data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) on the cycle shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, effective at your next renewal.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Vabumi OÜ and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vabumi OÜ harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period in line with your plan, after which it may be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
