Maintenance

Problems reach the team that fixes them.

A problem is reported where it is seen, lands on the room or thing it is about, and stays open until it is fixed.

The task sits on the shower, the hair dryer or the fridge, so the technician finds it on the model with its history.

The rota follows the work, within the law.

Shifts are planned from each day's rooms, events and checks, and checked against your country's working-time law before anyone is asked to work them.

The Vabumi agent

Work with an agent that knows your hotel.

The Vabumi agent drafts the work with you: a routine, a task, an event, a robot's job, a room out of service, a shift moved. Nothing changes until you confirm it with one press. It works from your hotel's own records and opens the page they live on.

Speak to it, or send a photo, and it becomes a draft too.

Your staff can also report by WhatsApp. A text, a voice note or a photo becomes a task on the right room.

Events and layouts

An event brings its own work with it.

Saturday's wedding books the Event Room, the pre-function space and the roof terrace for forty guests. The work before, during and after is made with the booking, for each space. The Event Room is set as a banquet, and the model knows how many chairs are placed and how many wait in the store next door.

Vabumi is hosted in Europe: your data is stored in Zurich, and the app runs in Amsterdam, under a data processing agreement you can read before you sign. Every company that processes data for us is listed by name.
