Engineer — Full AI Stack

Full-time · Remote · Europe

One engineer, the whole stack. Vabumi is an AI-native product built by an agentic company: work arrives as a voice note in Portuguese or a photo of a broken blind, and agents turn it into structured, located, assigned work. You will own that path end to end — the agent loops and their tools, the FastAPI services and Postgres schema underneath, and the Next.js surfaces on top. Not a prompt role and not a plumbing role: both, because at this size they are the same job.

What you’ll do

  • Design and harden agentic loops — tool design, planning, evaluation, guardrails — across our Python/FastAPI backend.
  • Turn messy real-world input (voice, photos, WhatsApp, QR scans) into structured operations: tasks, routines, decisions, in 90+ languages.
  • Own features from data model and migration through API to the React surfaces that expose them, in TypeScript.
  • Build the evaluation harness: traces, datasets, scores, regressions caught before a hotel finds them.
  • Keep the fallbacks real — every AI-assisted step in the product has a manual path, and it has to actually work.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong fundamentals plus genuine range: Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript/React, and no allergy to SQL, migrations or a deploy pipeline.
  • Hands-on LLM experience — tool use, retrieval, evals, prompt design — and judgement about where a model helps and where it is a liability.
  • A bias for shipping: scope tight, build the core, iterate in production, measure it.
  • Comfortable owning outcomes rather than tickets, in a small remote team where nobody will hand you a spec.

Product Designer

Full-time · Remote · Europe

Vabumi is used by a housekeeper on a phone mid-corridor and by a GM on a dashboard with five properties on it. Same system, wildly different moments. You will own the design of both — the product surfaces, the design system that keeps them coherent, and the marketing site that sells them. One designer, real authority, no committee.

What you’ll do

  • Design the product end to end: housekeeping boards, the work queue, routines, reporting, and the 3D building viewport.
  • Own and extend the design system — roughly 200 tokens and a set of primitives — so the product stays one thing as it grows.
  • Design for the floor first: one-handed, mid-shift, in a second language, on a cracked screen, with gloves on.
  • Prototype in the browser where it is faster than in Figma, and work directly with engineering rather than throwing files over a wall.
  • Shape the marketing site and the story it tells, so what we promise and what we ship are the same product.

What we’re looking for

  • A portfolio of shipped product work — complex, data-dense interfaces, not just landing pages — that you can talk through decision by decision.
  • Systems thinking: you have built or materially owned a design system, and you know why the tokens matter.
  • Enough front-end fluency (HTML, CSS, ideally React and Tailwind) to make your intent unambiguous in code.
  • Interest in operational software and the unglamorous constraints of the people using it. Craft, without preciousness about it.

Sales Representative

Full-time · Remote · Europe

You will be the first commercial hire talking to boutique hotel groups across Europe — running demos, understanding how they actually operate, and turning that into closed business and sharper product direction.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, and close boutique hotel and facility groups.
  • Run product demos that show how Vabumi removes communication friction and consolidates tools.
  • Bring the field back to the team — what customers struggle with, what wins deals, what to build next.
  • Help shape our positioning, pricing, and go-to-market as we scale beyond the first customers.

What we’re looking for

  • Track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally to SMBs or in hospitality / operations software.
  • Genuinely consultative — you sit in the customer's problem before pitching a solution.
  • Excellent communicator across European markets; additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Self-directed and comfortable building process from scratch in an early-stage, remote team.
