Agentic Engineer

Full-time · Remote · Europe

We're building Vabumi as an AI-native product and an agentic company — software that captures work from voice, photos, and messages and lets autonomous agents do the busywork. You'll design and ship the agent loops, tools, and services that make that real.

What you’ll do

  • Build and harden agentic loops — tool design, planning, evaluation, and guardrails — across our Python/FastAPI backend.
  • Turn messy real-world inputs (voice memos, photos, chat) into structured operations: tasks, routines, and decisions.
  • Own features end to end, from data model and API to the Next.js surfaces that expose them.
  • Instrument and evaluate agent behaviour so quality improves with every release.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong engineering fundamentals and fluency with Python (FastAPI a plus) and TypeScript/React.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs — tool use, retrieval, evals, and prompt design — and a feel for where agents help and where they don't.
  • A bias for shipping: you scope tightly, build the core first, and iterate in production.
  • Comfortable in a small remote team where you own outcomes, not tickets.

Sales Representative

Full-time · Remote · Europe

You'll be the first commercial hire talking to boutique hotel groups across Europe — running demos, understanding how they actually operate, and turning that into closed business and sharper product direction.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, and close boutique hotel and facility groups.
  • Run product demos that show how Vabumi removes communication friction and consolidates tools.
  • Bring the field back to the team — what customers struggle with, what wins deals, what to build next.
  • Help shape our positioning, pricing, and go-to-market as we scale beyond the first customers.

What we’re looking for

  • Track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally to SMBs or in hospitality / operations software.
  • Genuinely consultative — you sit in the customer's problem before pitching a solution.
  • Excellent communicator across European markets; additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Self-directed and comfortable building process from scratch in an early-stage, remote team.
