Status
What is running, and what we promise.
Most status pages are a green badge somebody forgot to turn red. This one asks the health endpoints from your own browser, right now, and is honest about the commitments we have not made yet.
Reachable right now
- Checking…
Web app and marketing site
The Next.js server that renders this page and the dashboard.
- Checking…
API and database
The FastAPI service and its Supabase Postgres connection.
Checking… This is a reachability probe, not an uptime record — a failure here can also be your own network.
What we monitor
Error monitoring
Sentry watches the API and the web app, with alerts on new and regressed errors. Detection does not wait for a customer to notice.
Deploy verification
Every deploy is smoke-tested against the commit it claims to be. A pipeline cannot go green on a build that never landed — we had that failure once and closed it.
Backups and recovery
Automated backups and point-in-time recovery on managed Postgres in Zurich. Retention depends on plan tier.
Human response
Best-effort human response during EU business hours, by people who can deploy a fix rather than escalate a ticket.
What we do not have yet
We would rather you know this before you sign than after an outage.
No formal uptime SLA
We run best-effort high availability today. A 99.5% monthly target is on the roadmap, with stronger guarantees available on enterprise plans. Until it is contractual we will not quote it as though it were.
No incident-response SLA
Response is best-effort during EU business hours. A formal incident-response commitment is on the roadmap.
No historical uptime record
The check above is live, not a ninety-day graph. We do not publish an uptime percentage because we do not yet measure one we would be willing to be held to.
No third-party status provider
Incidents that affect you are communicated directly, by email to your administrators. Ask us on a call what our operational history has actually looked like — we will tell you.
Something wrong?
Tell us and we will look immediately.
Email [email protected] with what you were doing, which property, and roughly when. Screenshots help. If you are reporting a security issue rather than an outage, see Security & Privacy.
