What it does
PMS — alongside, and fitted to yours
Vabumi works alongside the PMS you already run and adapts to it. Room status and the next arrival and checkout come from the PMS to plan the day's cleaning; no guest identity does. The connection is adapter-based, so we fit it to your PMS rather than ask you to change.
WhatsApp — no app, no password
Delivered through Twilio’s WhatsApp Business Platform, a Meta-approved provider. Staff send a text, a voice note or a photo from their registered number; Vabumi detects the language and turns it into a task on the right room, for the team whose work it is. Invitations and onboarding messages go out the same way.
QR shortcuts — the building as the interface
For signed-in staff, action codes open a specific routine step; spatial codes open today’s work for a place, with “report a problem” pre-filled with the location. Export as a printable A4 grid or as PNGs for digital placement.
Identity — email and password
Managers sign in with email and password. Invitations arrive as a one-tap link. Floor staff who work only through WhatsApp are recognised by their registered number and need no password.

Floor plans, an asset list if you have one, and photos help us build the model. Everything technical waits for the setup call.

Credentials only where they earn their keep
Access to your PMS, only if you activate housekeeping. Staff report to Vabumi's WhatsApp number from their registered phone; if someone works for more than one organisation, Vabumi asks which one. We help you set it up.

Vabumi builds the spatial model, sets up the routines, and connects the integrations. Your team supplies the inputs.
